To qualify for a refund or exchange
- Applicability: The 30-day money-back guarantee is applicable to the iClean mini (residential and consumer) exclusively.
- Time Limit: The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories and components.
- Exclusion for Misuse: Products that show signs of misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or accidental damage are not eligible for return under this guarantee.
- Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility before a refund or exchange is processed.
- Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under our Money-Back Guarantee:
- All products excluding the iClean mini (consumer and residential purchases only).
- Gift cards.
- Products attempting to be returned more than 30 calendar days after product delivery.
- Sale or clearance items (only regular-priced items may be refunded).
Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or was shipped in error.
The Money-Back Guarantee applies to customer satisfaction only and is separate from tersano's Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.
