The large 350 mL reservoir includes an additional hose component to ensure proper functionality. To install it, attach the provided hose to the cartridge so it extends down into the bottom of the reservoir. This allows the system to properly draw solution from the full capacity of the container. Once attached, ensure all connections are secure before use.
To keep your reservoir in optimal condition:
• Always empty the reservoir after each use before storing
• Wash regularly with mild dish soap and warm water
• Allow it to air dry completely before reassembling
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools

SAO test strips are used to check the concentration of ozone in your cleaning solution. They provide a quick and simple way to verify cleaning strength.
The test strips measure the concentration of ozone in water. Results are available in about 30 seconds and detect ozone levels from 0.0 to >1.5 ppm.
Follow the below instructions:
• Use the iClean mini to spray 50 mL of SAO into a small cup.
• Dip the test strip into the SAO solution for 10 seconds using a gentle back-and-forth motion.
• Remove the strip and shake once to remove excess water.
• Wait 20 seconds, then compare the color to the chart on the bottle.

The solution is effective when the ozone concentration is no less than 0.3 ppm.
If your iClean mini’s ozone concentration is below 0.3 ppm, it’s time to replace the cartridge. The iClean mini’s cartridge should be replaced once every 4 liters of SAO sprayed. Having a fresh cartridge ensures consistent ozone output, performance, and device protection against hard minerals.
To replace the cartridge:
• Remove the iClean mini’s reservoir by turning it counterclockwise.
• Disengage the used cartridge by gently pulling it down and off the iClean mini.
• Recycle and dispose of the used cartridge as per your municipality’s regulations.
• Install the new cartridge by inserting it onto the knob in the middle of the iClean mini’s base.

Each cartridge contains specially formulated resins that change color with use. Purple resins will turn yellow when it’s time for a replacement, while orange resins will turn bright red.
New cartridge colors may vary between purple and orange based on available resin supply. Colored resins are used as a visual aid only and do not impact performance.
One iClean mini cartridge lasts three months on average, but will vary based on usage patterns. For closer accuracy, we recommend monitoring the color of your cartridge resins.
